No.-1. Walk – Don’t try to walk before you can crawl.

No.-2. Run – Do not run too fast after gain.

No.-3. Stretch – Breathe in through your nose as you stretch up.

No.-4. Jump – Can you jump over the river?

No.-5. Bounce – Bounce the ball and try and hit it over the net.
